Pregnancy Ovulation

All women in common know, what is pregnancy? But whether all the pregnancies are planned meticulously? But most of the pregnancies are not well planned; there are some cases of failure to conceive after the intercourse. This creates suspicion among the partners about their reproducing capacities. For all this to go smoothly there is need to know ovulation and its role of importance in conceiving for a woman. Ovulation is a regular process occurring each month before conceiving when matured eggs are released from the ovary passing down the fallopian tube and flows out in period with the shedding of blood from the lining of uterus and is called the menstruation.

Ovulation Tracking

Monthly cycle of a woman is measured from first day of the last menstrual cycle and to the first day of the present month cycle. Normally the days in between the two cycles will vary from women to women; it is usually 28 to 32 days. There are some special cases in which many women have reported to have much longer or shorter periods, which are taken as exceptional cases. The egg is released from the ovary after every 12 to 16days after the first day of the menstrual period. Fertile time of women is the last 15 days of her period that is nearing to the next menstrual cycle. During this the fertility rate of women is very high and there is the perfect meeting of sperm and egg in intercourse as the egg will have reached the fallopian tube.

A successful pregnancy is altogether dependent on ovulation and is least deniable in any case of pregnancy. First 15 days after the cycle are also called as safe time, as the egg is not yet released from the ovary and the chance of conceiving is very less, but there are chances to get pregnant as ovulation does not maintain the perfect gap of days and may vary in days in each month or in some month as per the food habits and living conditions that matter emotionally and physically also. There are many tools available for tracking the ovulation date or day like the ovulation calendar. For this tracking of ovulation, ovulation cycle is divided into two parts first 15 days of the last menstrual cycle are called follicular phase. The next 15 days after the follicular phase are called luteal phase.

Understand Reproductive System

For safe pregnancy and ovulation, it is good to understand and have a detailed knowledge of the reproductive system and know the science of their functioning. Females in matters of planning for a baby should guide the husband of their cycle and the time good for conceiving. This understanding and cooperation between the couples will lead to a happy family and safe pregnancy which will be well planned. With ovulation being a factor for pregnancy there are some more factors to be concentrated upon that include the age of the female and the type of lifestyle that you are living. If you are a drug addict then though the ovulation is good you will not have the capacity to conceive as body does not support the system.
