Early Pregnancy Symptoms

There are several early symptoms of pregnancy that can lead you to ascertain about your pregnancy. The women who have had pregnancy earlier also can easily detect the moments they start ovulating as compared to the women conceiving for the first time. In many cases the women can easily detect when the fertile days of their cycle have ended. Some women can also detect the exact moment when they actually conceived while for others any appropriate economic home pregnancy test is the only trustworthy option of knowing the early symptoms of pregnancy to confirm their pregnancies.

Some of the early pregnancy symptoms are believed to include:

  • Missed period – one of the most evident early pregnancy symptoms is the missing menstrual period. Anyway, many women have missed periods for some other reasons or conditions too that usually include: illness, over stress, hormonal imbalance, adverse reactions to foods or consumption of elements that cause some adverse reactions.
  • Morning nausea – the nauseated feeling especially during the mornings is considered as another early symptom of pregnancy, provided the condition lasts for a few days. But nausea, in some cases may also be perhaps due to some other reasons that are not connected with pregnancy.
  • Tendered or enlarged breasts – immediately after conception the lady's body starts making several changes in the normal hormonal levels. However, the woman’s body is not prepared for such changes when they initiate. There may be certain changes that may occur in the body in reaction to new hormonal levels. The most distinctive change that takes place is the shape and tenderness in the breasts which lasts for a few weeks of pregnancy as the body gets used to with the new hormonal chemistry.
  • Frequent urination – another early pregnancy symptom is experiencing frequent or repeated pressure for urination. Some women even feel more urination before any missed period. Such occurrence is due to the hormonal change taking place in the body that is generated by the embryo implantation like the hormone known as ‘human chorionic gonadotropins-hCG’. This hormonal change causes the side effect like frequent urination.
  • Fatigue – the deficiency of energy level is also an early pregnancy symptom but often puzzling too as at times it is difficult to ascertain the proper cause of fatigue. However, the health science confirms such fatigue occurring due to the hormonal changes in the body.

All these include the common most early pregnancy symptoms that are widely experienced by many women. Some women may however, report experiencing one or a few of such early symptoms of pregnancy. When such symptoms are noticed the woman should get her pregnancy confirmed by undergoing some effective and trustworthy home or clinical tests for pregnancy. The baby’s health begins with the mother’s health and habits before conceiving and also during her pregnancy phase. Becoming pregnant and enjoying the successful trouble free pregnancy is though difficult but marvelous experience as well. So try to educate yourself as much as you can especially about fertility, pregnancy, your health and all related precautionary tips enabling you to undergo healthy pregnancy and delivery the equally healthy baby too.
