The shettles method

Dr Shettles theory is based on the assumption that chromosome Y moves faster than chromosome X. For this reason, he recommends that couples wanting o have a baby girl have sex everyday from the end of the women’s period until approximately three days before ovulation.

Shettles also says that time of intercourse is also very important. Dr Shettles also recommends couples have intercourse in the missionary position to deposit sperm closer to the entrance of the vagina.

The O+12 method

This method was developed by a mother who desperately wanted a baby girl after giving birth to six sons. She followed dr shettles methods but did not receive any success. But she instead of being frustrated developed her own new method by rigorous attempts. She recommended that intercourse about 12 hours after ovulation will surely help in conceiving a girl. She herself followed this and achieved success in this method. She finally gave birth to a baby girl.
