Error Proof Pregnancy Test

The Early Pregnancy Test which was invented in 1978 was latter known as the error proof pregnancy test looking at its performance and reliable nature to detect the pregnancy without any errors. But in reality there is no pregnancy tests which can guarantee an error proof pregnancy test. Even EPT gives only 99% accuracy in its results.

The pregnancy tests which gives the least false results are the one which are tested late during pregnancy.

Reliable EPT

No matter how reliable the pregnancy kit is, it will show the false pregnancy if tested early during the pregnancy.

Thus it is fact tat EPT though reliable, cannot detect the pregnancy early as some other pregnancy test kits. EPT I able to detect the hCG hormone levels of 40mIU which is an average comparing the Equate’s sensitivity of 100mIU and fast response Pregnancy tests sensitivity of 6.5 mIU.

Some of the pregnancy tests detect even the smallest amount of the pregnancy tests but is it difficult to use which makes women not use them. Women not only need test kit which is fast and reliable but at the same time it should be easy to use. This is the reason why people prefer to get the digital pregnancy kits.

hCG Details

The hCG amount in the pregnant women doubles in two days once. This details suggests to perform the test late during the pregnancy. Also the hCG amount is more in the blood compared to the urine. So blood Pregnancy tests are known to be more error proof than the ordinary pregnancy tests. The clearblue Pregnancy test has been another reliable pregnant test kit. This includes a digital version of the pregnancy test kit also with the ordinary model.

Errors Due to Fertilized drugs

The errors produced by the pregnancy tests may also be caused due to the consumption of fertilized drugs during the time of performing test. These fertilized drugs adds the hCG hormones artificially into the urine and the blood. When the blood pregnancy test or Home pregnancy tests are performed, it easily detects the artificially added hCG and infers pregnancy. This is a false result. Thus it is always advised not to consume any fertilized drugs while performing the pregnancy tests. Moreover if the women had consumed any fertilized drugs previously then she has to wait for a week or two in-order to reduce the level of hCG hormone in her blood and then perform the test. This will result in true result. Also another one possibility is to use less sensitive pregnancy test kits to check pregnancy while having the fertilized drugs. Finally if the women is having doubts about her pregnancy it is better to consult a doctor.
