The rates of infertility have gone quite high. In America and in other parts of the world there are so many females who want to get pregnant but are unable to do so. In one of the data as collected around three million women in the United States were desperately waiting for getting pregnant, but could not successfully get pregnant. Now with this one can understand what the rates of infertility are in the current scenario.

The data also suggest that the penicillin resistant gonorrhea creates a few problems. Also IUD which females use for pregnancy prevention is responsible for inflammation in the pelvic area which is one of the reasons of infertility in females. IUD was also responsible for infections of the urinary track and pelvis. Apart from this the career demands and stress that females face, make them career oriented. And thus they wait for a long time before they want to get pregnant. This also makes them infertile because the right age of getting pregnant has almost passed.

For infertility in females almost 25 percent of the problem can be attributed to fallopian tube abnormality. There may be blockage which may lead to either chemical pregnancy or no pregnancy at all. This blockage may also be due to scarring that occurs on account of endometriosis.

In 15 percent of infertility cases, the reasons may be faulty or improper ovulation. In 5 percent of cases, there is cervix or cervical mucus problem. There are many other things also which may contribute in infertility problems. And they include exposure to radiation, certain chemicals or some really stressful physical or emotional events.

Many people do not even know what endometriosis is. But it is worth knowing a many females all over the world have this problem. It is considered as an infertility condition in which the tissues of the uterus lining may also be out of the uterus. This problem gives lot of pain when the woman gets her periods every month. The pain is sometimes unbearable and that’s the reason why it is vital to the talk to the doctor. Mostly endometriosis is found only in the pelvic region but it may even be in lungs or other organs.

The bleeding during the menstrual cycle may be quite a lot and it may even be responsible for scarring. This is really very painful and may finally lead to infertility. Also for females suffering from endometriosis there are chances that the pain is also unbearable while there is an intercourse with the partner. And this may also contribute for not having a baby.

Having any of the above problems may block the ovulation or may even contribute in infertility due to various reasons. It is therefore vital that females who have problems in conceiving for the period mote than a year and a half must consult the infertility expert. The sad thing is that many females do not even know that they have endometriosis or some such problem until they get checked for infertility. And sometimes it’s too late.
