Bradley Childbirth Method Explained

Bradley childbirth method is no complex method, it simply believes that a woman giving birth to a child is a natural process and therefore one should prepare for it. The idea for preparing is that it would help the woman to avoid the pain as much as she can. The reason for its being called the Bradley childbirth method is that it is named after its inventor, Robert Bradley, who was known US obstetrician. He discovered this program in 1940’s and put it into practice.

The Bradley program is for 12 weeks and it is said to be slightly more intense than other similar programs on prenatal education.
