Thoughtful Process of Baby Development

Just like the word Development consists of many characters so is the actual process. Baby Development is not an easy task. It’s a long process until your baby is smart enough to understand things his way. Right from its brain till his feet needs to be developed. It’s basically a five way process which a mother has to initiate because it’s only her feel and touch that can help him/her to learn things faster. Just like it is rightly said that “Charity begins at home” this process needs to be initiated at home only. Gradually they are put into nurseries and kinder gardens for further progress.

Stage 1

It’s a simple process when baby completely relies upon her mothers feed and she can only reciprocate to her sound or her feel till she is two months old. Care should be taken that she is kept in a cozy area and should be taken out only when needed.

Stage 2

At this stage they would start responding to sounds and pictures till they turn 4-5 months old. Other then breast feeding a mother can also start with some nutritious food available in the market or even with fruit juice. At this stage they needs to be loved the most. Spend most of the time cuddling them.

Stage 3

This is when your baby’s age is between 6 months to 1 year. At this stage the Baby’s Brain slowly starts developing. She would start responding to your words and this is the right time when you can teach them. Various educative games are available in markets for your help. You can narrate them short stories before them going to sleep. This is the most precious time of their life as they also start crawling. Infant language not only means speaking out words but it can also be taught through facial expressions and gestures. This thing they enjoy the most and thus learn things at a faster rate.

Stage 4

This is the proper age when they are 1-2 years old where you can teach a lot of things from your side. You can ask them to read stories for you. You can take him outside and they can learn to play. You can teach them to get mixed up with others. He will now be in a position to recollect certain things. He will now be in a position to recollect faces. They can be taught proper way of eating food at this stage. You can teach him your language.

Stage 5

It’s an age where kids are grown up and actually start using their little brain. At this age they are sent to kinder gardens where they can start learning alphabets and can meet children of different language and age group. Ideally their age differs from 2 and half years to 3 and half.

Thus Baby development is not an easy process and can actually take years and years for developing it. Thus always try to communicate with them instead of letting them learn things on their own.
