Ovulation Predictor kits or OPK is yet another way to keep track of your ovulation period and this kit has given positive results as it has been seen that ovulation usually occurs within a span of around 36-48 hours making it easier for you to conceive faster and easily. Cervical Mucus: This is yet another simple and cost free method as you need to note that there is a change in the cervical fluid as you approach your ovulation period, drinking plenty of water helps improve the cervical fluid in the body as this helps the easy movement of the sperms when they are released while having a sexual intercourse making it reach faster and fertilize with the ripe ovum that has been released by the ovaries during ovulation.
