  • Go organic – there are many choices available when one goes for organic food. There are hundreds of fruits and vegetables available in the market that is organic. Food free of pesticides and environmental pollutants help in faster conceiving. Not only this they also provide with a peace of mind to the would be parents.
  • Pack in the protein – food full of iron also help in conceiving. Meat or poultry is a good example of such kind of food.
  • Maximize fruit and vegetables – fruits and vegetables contain a large amount of minerals and vitamins. Thus one must not restrict itself in consumption of such kind of food.
  • Increase zinc – lack of zinc in the body can create a problem in conceiving. This is specially in case of males. Thus food stuff such as bread, cheese, meat, etc should be consumed to increase the level of zinc in the body.
  • Fill out with fiber – fiber helps in the removal of toxins from the body. They also help in curing diabetes. Thus one must consume fiber based food.

The above mentioned suggestions are not at all expensive. Everyone can afford it. Thus one must not have any excuses of not consuming it.

Foods to Determine Gender

Not one research has been able to find out the sex of the baby. Many follow the old tales and myths to find out the sex of the baby but all in vain. Many think that the consumption of certain food stuffs help in determining the sex of the baby. But this is not at all true.

A UK report has however mentioned that food containing the nutrients full of calcium, potassium, and vitamins C, E, and B12 help in conceiving a baby boy but no full proof evidence has been found to prove this.

Thus you can say that foods do not help in determining the gender of the child.
